Protecting Max is a family owned and run in-home pet sitting service based in the Mid-Cities area of Dallas Fort Worth. We are based in Euless and currently have pet sitters in the cities of Bedford, North Richland Hills, Hurst, and Keller. If you live in the Mid-Cities we would love to offer you a free initial consultation so that we can discuss your pet care needs.
As pet sitters we come to your home to care for your pets when you cannot be there to meet their daily needs. This may be when you are on vacation, traveling for business, or during the day if your pets need care while you are at work. We care for all types of house pets including cats, dogs, reptiles, hamsters, and guineau pigs.
We now also offer Boutique Home Boarding for dogs. Your dog can be the guest of honor in one of our pet sitters host homes and enjoy one-on-one attention 24/7.

All staff are carefully screened before hiring and all have references available from our clients upon request. You will meet your sitter at your complimentary in home visit and we do our best to always have the same sitter visit your home so that they are familiar with your pets and their routine and your pets are able to get comfortable with their sitter.
5. We Know How to React Quickly In An Emergency
Danielle the owner of Protecting Max is a certified pet care instructor and teaches classes to pet owners in the Mid-Cities. Our sitters have also attended pet first aid training. This means that your sitter will know how to react quickly and know the skills that they need to be able to care for your pet or to save their life in an emergency pet situation.
6. We Always Have A Back Up Plan
We have 10 caring pet sitters in the Northeast Tarrant County area. If any of our sitters are unable to make your visits – we can have another sitter step in and take over. We promise that we will never miss a visit!
7. You Are Protected
We are insured and bonded. This means that your home and pet are covered by our insurance policy and everyone entering your home is covered by our bond. We have never had to place a claim on our insurance and have never had a pet injured while in our care but if the worst did happen while you are away you will be covered for those damages.
8. We Give You Options
We know that every pet is unique and has different needs. We offer pet care visits or overnight care in your home, or boarding for you pets in one of our sitters homes, as well as midday walking and let out visits. Discuss your pets personality with us and we can help you determine which of our services is the best fit for them.
9. We Give You Convenience
We make your pet care experience simple and easy. Once you are a Protecting Max customer you are able to schedule your visits either online, by email, or by phone and pay by either credit card, cash or check – choose whichever method fits your needs. We keep your key and pet information on file so that we can be ready to visit your pets and all you need to do is call us.
10. We love our clients and we offer a satisfaction guarantee!
Your pets are our family. We want them to be comfortable and happy. If you have any special request just ask – we’ll do whatever we can to help. We leave you notes at each of our visits so that you can read about what happened during our visits. We will take pictures of your pets at the visits and can email or text you photos or status updates while you are away. We are not satisfied if you are not happy. We solicit your feedback and will do everything we can to make your experience with us purrfect!
