How Does Our New Puppy Potty Break Service Work?
The first few weeks after you bring home your new puppy can be exhausting. Puppies just can’t hold it as long as our older pets.
Let us help you raise a healthy and happy pet by providing regular potty break visits to ensure your potty and/or crate training is consistent.
We can visit your puppy any time during the day or evening for a potty break with or without a walk.
Setting up puppy potty break service with us is easy.
We give you three ways to schedule your service:
1. Fill out and send us the contact form at the top right of this page and we’ll give you a call to answer your questions and set up your service dates
2. Call us direct at 817 692 4404
3. Visit our reservations page to register using our online scheduling software. Fill out all your information and schedule your own visits and we’ll call you to confirm your reservation
At the time that you schedule your first services we will email you our pet sitting service contract and disaster preparedness forms. You can either:
1. Print these forms out and fill out your information ready for your meet-n-greet consultation visit
2 Fill out online and email back to us
3. Or wait until your pet sitter visits for the meet-n-greet consultation and fill out with them as you tell them about your pets and their routine.
Once you have scheduled your services one of our professional sitters will call you to set up a convenient time for your free meet-n-greet where they will visit your home to meet you and your pets.
The sitter that you meet at the meet-n-greet will be the one who comes to your home to care for your pets.
At our meet-n-greet our sitter will ask you:
- Your pets health, routine, and when and what you feed them (of course we also ask when they get their treats!)
- Where they can find pets food, toys, and spare litter, and cleaning supplies
- What other services we can provide during our visits – see below for services included in 30 and 1 hour visits
- To provide the names and contact number of your pets vet and of one or two people who can act as an emergency contact
- To confirm the dates and times of your visits
Your sitter will spend some time getting to know your pets so that your pets are comfortable with them when they arrive for their pet sitting visits. They will also collect and test your house keys (we prefer to collect 2 keys – 1 that your sitter will keep, and 1 that will be kept by the office for any emergency situations).
We do everything we can to ensure that each time you schedule services with us that the same sitter visits your home. This way your pets get comfortable with their sitter and the sitter knows your pets routine and all the little quirks of your pets that make them unique.
New puppy potty break 15 minute visits start at $15 per visit without walking. Add a 10-15 minute walk for $3 extra.
