How Does Our Boutique In-Home Boarding Service Work?
If your pet is used to you being home with them during the day, getting lots of one on one attention, and having the run of your house, then when your travel and can’t take them with you our boutique in-home boarding is the perfect service for you.
With Boutique In-Home Boarding your pets are the guest of honor in one of our pet sitters homes, and enjoy plenty of personal attention as well as full house, yard, and bed privileges – just like they do in your own home.
Forget the cage or enclosure – when your pets board with us it’s like they never left home.
Our pet sitters who provide our Boutique In-Home Boarding service work from home and can supervise and give them the attention that they need 24 hours a day. They have a large yard where your pets can play and allow your pets full run of their home – including of course that snuggle time in bed.
You do need to drop off your pets at our sitters home and bring with them food, bedding, and their toys – everything they need to make them feel at home.
Setting up in-home boarding with us is easy.
We give you two ways to schedule your service:

At the time that you schedule your first services we will email you our pet sitting service contract and disaster preparedness forms. You can either:
1. Print these forms out and fill out your information
2 Fill out online and email back to us
(If you don’t have a printer or can’t email to us – you can wait and fill it out when you meet the sitter for your play date)
Once you have scheduled your services we will match you up with one of our professional sitters who will then call you to set up a convenient time for you and your pets visit their home for a play date.
At the play date you have a chance to make sure you and your pet are comfortable with both the sitter and their home environment.
At the play date our sitter will ask you:
- Your pets health, routine, and when and what you feed them (of course we also ask when they get their treats!)
- To provide the names and contact number of your pets vet and of one or two people who can act as an emergency contact
- To confirm the dates of your boarding and time when you will drop off and pick up the pets
Your sitter will spend some time getting to know your pets so that your pets are comfortable with them when they arrive for their time in their home away from home.
We do everything we can to ensure that each time you schedule boarding services with us that your pets stay in the home of the same sitter. This way your pets get comfortable with their sitter and the sitter knows your pets routine and all the little quirks of your pets that make them unique.
Our Boutique in home boarding starts at $45 per night for the first pet, and $25 per night for additional pets.
Additional fees may be charged for extensive grooming requirements, or the administration of some medications.
Protecting Max is operated by Danielle and Todd Chonody. We live in Euless, Texas with our two children Lindsey and Andrew. In our home we have four pets - our two cats, Bouie, and Cozzy and dogs Tanner and Sam.
